We've seen quite a few photos of the new Lamborghini Centenario standing still, but now the company gives us a look at the car roaring down the speedway and it is quite a sight to behold. The limited edition hypercar that honors the 100th birthday of the late Ferruccio Lamborghini features their most powerful engine ever, a 770-hp V12.

That V12 launches the car from 0-60 in 2.8 seconds and will reach a top speed in excess of 217 mph. The Centenario also features a body built entirely out of carbon fiber, which can be purchased with an exposed finish or in virtually any color you want via the company's customization studio. Only 40 cars will be made, which will be split into twenty coupes and twenty roadsters and every single one is spoken for.
