Every year Jeep throws its Easter Jeep Safari and every year they tease us with a handful of concepts that absolutely without a doubt need to make it to production. One of the most exciting concepts from this year's mix is the Jeep Chief, a Wrangler-based design inspired by the full-size Cherokees of the '70s.

Wrapped in a vintage Ocean Blue with a white, "French Bread" roof, the Chief is a nod to the surf cruisers of the era and classic details like the custom razor grille bring it back to the Wagoneer days. The doors and windshield were chopped two inches and a two-inch lift kit gives the Chief its intimidating presence. Power comes from the 3.6L Pentastar V6 which is coupled with a six-speed manual transmission.
