Men's publication Gear Patrol has an SUV to call their own, literally. Well, for now, anyway. Gear Patrol has teamed up with the FJ Company to create a special edition, one of one 1980 FJ40. Editor in Chief Eric Yang worked with the customizer to fit the GP aesthetic and once ordered the classic SUV wi undergo a nine-month restoration process to get it showroom perfect.

The FJ40 is finished in the original factory white and removes the aftermarket hardtop and switches it with a custom soft top. You'll also find gunmetal grey wheels and a full suite of outdoor and trail essentials. The engine inside the FJ is a Toyota 2F with fresh new components that's matced to a proper four-speed manual transmission.
