
Ford introduces a new trail-ready truck, the F-150 Tremor
The 2021 Ford F-150 is getting a new off-road variant with the launch of the F-150 Tremor. Available in a SuperCrew configuration with a 3.5L EcoBoost V6, the F-150 Tremor features a four-wheel-drive system standard and a whole host of equipment to help it tackle the road less traveled. The exterior has been redesigned for a more aggressive look with a blacked-out Ford oval and orange accents on the grille and tow hooks,
On the performance front, the car receives an upgraded suspension with retuned springs, a higher ground clearance, model-specific monotube shocks, and added damping for rough terrain. The truck is also equipped with 33-inch General Grabber all-terrain tires with matte-finish 18-inch wheels, a locking rear differential, an optional Torsen limited-slip front, and when you need to haul a heavy load, the truck is capable towing a maximum of 10,900 lbs.
