Fisker EMotion production version

Henrik Fisker is making a big bet on autonomous electric cars with his latest project, the Fisker EMotion. The famed car designer has revealed the final production design and for the most part, it stays true to the original concept. Those sleek, curvy lines remain intact and the front end gets slightly less aggressive, but still makes one hell of an impression.

The big news here is the car's range. Fisker says the car will be able to achieve a total range of 400 miles and a top speed of 161 mph. The carbon fiber and aluminum construction wraps around their proprietary (and patent-pending) battery technology and charging is said to take just nine minutes for 100 miles of range.

Production is set for 2019 and pre-orders will officially be available at the end of this month.
