Ferrari reveals their 50th convertible, the 488 Pista Spider

The supercar will hit a top speed of 211 mph.

The Ferrari 488 Pista Spider marks a major milestone in the company's history, it will be the 50th drop-top from the storied marque and one of their most powerful to date. The 3.9L V8 twin-turbo will launch the car from 0-62 in 2.85 seconds and will reach 124 mph in 8. Top speed is an asphalt-melting 211 mph. 

Those numbers are right in line with its hardtop counterpart and will also features the same Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer for improving the car's intuitiveness and controllability when pushed to the limit. The Spider will also feature new diamond-finish 20" alloy wheels with a 10-spoke design and an optional, lightweight one-piece carbon fiber wheel is also available.
