For 25 years, Dodge's Viper represented the pinnacle of American muscle and unfortunately this year will be its last as the company winds down production on the iconic American supercar. Commemorating its final year are five limited editions, each highlighting some of the most important cars in Viper history.
The five models in the lineup will include the Viper 1:28 Edition ACR that will be limited to 28 examples and pays tribute to the 1:28.65 track record set at Laguna Beach, the fastest time set by any current production car. The Viper GTS-R Commemorative Edition ACR (say that five times fast) celebrates one of the model's most famous paint schemes, first seen in the 1998 Viper GTS-R GT2 Championship Edition. That model will be limited to 100 cars.
Third in the collection is the Viper VooDoo II edition that will be released in a run of 31 units and features a black exterior, racing stripe, and a comprehensive aero package. The Viper Snakeskin Edition GTC will boast a showstopping Snakeskin Green exterior, aero package, and a limited run of 25 units.
Last but not least, the Dodge Dealer Edition ACR, which will feature a Viper white exterior with blue and red stripes and will be available exclusively from Dodge's highest sales volume Viper dealers.
