Cadillac is launching a new range of V-Performance vehicles with their first-ever 4.2L Twin Turbo V-8. The new engine will make its debut in the 2019 CT6 V-Sport, an update of the luxury sedan that receives a few of the design cues from the well-received Escala Concept. These new exterior elements include an updated mesh grille, horizontal LED headlamps, lower aero elements, and Gloss Black side window surrounds.

The new Twin Turbo V8 will produce 550-hp, 627 lb-ft of torque and features an all-wheel-drive system. It will also feature a mechanical limited-slip rear differential, enhanced V-Sport suspension, exclusive 19-inch Brembo brakes, and an exhaust system with active valves for an enhanced engine note.
