Designed for this year's BMW Motorrad Days, vocational trainees at company's Munich plant spent the last ten months conceptualizing and building a very special version of their flagship X7 SUV. Designed in collaboration with the brand's Concept Vehicle Construction and Model Technology divisions, the team created a one-off pick-up truck that injected a bit of utility into the luxurious ute. Based on the 340 hp xDrive40i model, the truck features a bed finished with slats of teakwood, a height-adjustable two-level air suspension, and CFRP exterior upgrades to reduce the truck's overall weight.
