BMW previews its sixth-generation M5
Though BMW isn't quite ready to show the goods just yet, they're getting close and they've offered a nice little teaser before its full reveal this fall. Performance numbers are still under wraps, but BMW has announced that the car will feature an xDrive all-wheel-drive system that can be adjusted with a variety of DSC configuration modes and M xDrive modes that include 4WD, 4WD Sport, and 2WD.
Power will come from the latest version of their 4.4L V8, which will boast their M TwinPower Turbo technology and will be matched with an 8-speed Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic. More info will be revealed as we get closer to its worldwide debut in September while deliveries are set for early 2018.
