BMW M8 Gran Coupe

The M8 Gran Coupe has been officially unveiled, completing the 8 Series lineup with a high-performance four-door "coupe" that can hit 190 mph. The car is powered by a 4.4L TwinPower Turbo V8 that produces 600 hp and is uprated to 617 hp in the M8 Competition model. That gets the M8 Gran Coupe from 0-60 in 3.1 seconds while the Competition model does it 3.0 seconds flat. Top speed is limited to 155 mph and can be increased to 190 when equipped with the optional M Driver's Package.

Performance is further amplified with an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission, an M xDrive all-wheel-drive system, an Active M locking differential, and a chassis and suspension that has been specifically retooled to perform as well on a track as it does on the road. Additional features include M Carbon ceramic brakes, 20" wheels, a standard M Carbon Roof, Icon Adaptive LED headlights with Laserlight flanks, and Live Cockpit Professional and their 7th generation iDrive system with a high-res 12.2" instrument cluster.
