BMW's M3/M4 convertible is celebrating the big 3-0 and to mark the occasion, the company is releasing a 30 Jahre (Year) model in two historically important colorways. The car will come in Macao Blue, one of the original colorways and Mandarin II, which is inspired by the Dakar Yellow paint offered in the second-gen M3 Convertible.
Both cars will be spec'd with an M Competition Package that features an M Sport exhaust system, adaptive M suspension, Active M differential, and a sportier configuration of the car's DSC system.
BMW Individual High Gloss Shadow Line around the grille surround, M side gills, and model lettering will be standard, and a matte Orbit Grey wheel will be offered exclusively for this edition. Other features and options include Merino full leather trim, carbon fiber interior elements, contrast stitching that matches the body color, and “30 Jahre Edition” branding on the door sills.
American availability has yet to be announced.
