Audi previews its near-production Q4 e-tron
Following the reveal of the e-tron GT, Audi previews its next electric model, the Q4 e-tron. The Q4 e-tron packs the company's latest technology inside a compact SUV with full-size spaciousness. Comfort looks to be the biggest focus in the Q4 e-tron with an interior that manages to offer plenty of headroom and knee room, which Audi says surpasses any of its rivals currently on the market. While the company has yet to talk much about performance, quite a few details have been revealed about the Q4 e-tron's technology, which includes a new augmented reality head-up display that uses what they call a picture generation unit and 600,000 lines of code from their AR Creator software to superimpose dynamic graphics onto the real world. Additionally, Audi has also debuted an all-new steering wheel with touch controls an optional 11.6" central MMI display, which will be the largest display in the company's lineup.
