The aggressive styling of the Q8 crossover is being translated into a more compact size that will compete with models like the Mercedes GLC and the BMW X4. With its low roofline and muscular silhouette, the Q3 Sportback's sleek and aggressive styling gives it a big presence in a smaller footprint while offering a spacious interior for five and versatile storage space. While we don't know if the Q3 Sportback will reach the states, the powertrain options for Europe will include everything from a 2.0 TDI diesel with 147 hp to a 2.0 TFSI with 226 hp.
S tronic automatic transmissions will come standard and manual transmissions with Quattro all-wheel-drive will also be available after launch. Additional engine options throughout the year will be added and include a more powerful diesel option, an entry-level gas model, and a mild hybrid. Other features include a standard sport suspension, optional damper controls, a standard 10.25-inch instrument cluster display, and an optional 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit.
Available in Europe this fall.
