The new A1 citycarver turns the compact hatch into a rugged crossover.
Audi A1 CityCarver

Based on the A1 Sportback, the new A1 citycarver is designed for versatility with added ground clearance and a new suspension for a ride that is equally capable in the city and out. The styling echoes the sharp lines and the off-road presence of its SUV siblings with its large, blacked-out honeycomb mesh Singleframe grille and stainless steel-painted underbody protection. Other exterior enhancements include two slots above the grille that further separate it from the A1 Sportback, black styling package accents, and a contrast roof in Mythos black metallic or Manhattan grey metallic.

The spacious interior can be outfitted with cloth/synthetic leather or Alcantara/synthetic leather and the vents and the center tunnel console and vents can be accented in colors like mint, cooper, orange, or silver-gray. A digital instrument cluster comes standard and can be upgraded to an Audi virtual cockpit and MMI navigation system and for those who want a more serious audio package, a 560-watt Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System will also be available.

The A1 citycarver arrives at European dealerships this fall.
