Looks like Aston Martin will be joining Ferrari and McLaren with an open cockpit supercar of their own with the announcement of the V12 Speedster. Drawing inspiration from vehicles like the 1959 DBR1 and the more recent Centenary CC100 Speedster Concept, the V12 Speedster will feature a bespoke design styled by Q by Aston Martin. While the teaser only reveals so much, what we do know is that the car will be powered by their 5.2L V12 Twin-Turbo engine that produces 690 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque and will be mated to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission.

88 V12 Speedsters will be produced with delivery set for the first quarter of 2021.
