The AC Cobra is coming back and it's being built to the exact spec of the original model that was launched in 1962. Those of you who were following the auction of the original Shelby know that the car went for a staggering price of almost $14 million dollars. Set to be built by AC Heritage, nine cars will be handbuilt and will be known as the AC Cobra Mk1 260 Legacy Edition.

All the cars will be left-hand drive and each and every single one will be available in two color choices: blue or yellow. The cars will be powered by 260-cubic-inch V8s and each Cobra will be built using original techniques and tooling. Pricing will be set at

£500,000 (est. $667,877),
