BMW has unveiled the third-generation of its best-selling compact crossover, bringing a bigger and bolder look and the latest in in-car tech and safety features. The 2023 X1 has even more presence with its larger kidney grille, crisp lines, and sporty styling. The crossover will be available with an extensive list of color options, 18, 19, and 20-inch wheels, and an xLine design package with high-gloss body cladding, Satin Aluminum exterior trim, Glacier Silver mirror caps, and pear-effect chrome surrounds for the kidney grille and grille bars.
Power comes from a 2.0L TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder that produces 241 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque and is coupled to a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission. 0-60 happens in 6.2 seconds and the top speed is limited to 130 mph or 149 mph when equipped with performance tires. Inside, the new X1 not only brings more cabin and cargo space and all the latest technologies. Inside, the X1 features a BMW Curved Display with iDrive 8.0, advanced assisted driving capabilities, CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and a suite of advanced safety systems.
