Ford reveals the 400+ hp Bronco Raptor
Built to tackle any road, Ford's Bronco Raptor has arrived combining race-ready performance and off-road capability. The SUV is powered by a twin-turbo 3.0L EcoBoost with model-specific tuning that will deliver more than 400 horsepower, making it the most powerful street-legal Bronco yet. This is coupled with an extensive list of Raptor-specific upgrades such as a Fox HOSS suspension with Live Valve technology, a wider track, heavy-duty bash and skid plates, reinforced pillars, and competition-grade axles sourced from the Bronco DR race truck.
The Bronco Raptor has a ground clearance of 13.1 inches, which is almost 10 inches more than the base four-door and the track width is almost ten inches wider. Additional features include LED headlights with amber daytime running lamps and integrated amber marker lamps, a Ford Performance-designed modular steel front bumper with tow hooks, removable bumper end caps, and removable Rigid LED fog lamps and Rigid off-road lamps.
The interior has been updated with a new Performance View feature on the dash cluster, a Raptor-specific steering wheel with magnesium paddle shifters, high-bolster front seats, Ford Performance Code Orange accents, Black Onyx marine-grade vinyl seats, available laser-perforated Black Onyx Neo suede seats, and available Code Orange seat belts.
Orders for the 2022 Bronco Raptor will begin this March.
