2021 BMW 5 Series CS

BMW is pushing M5 performance to new levels with the 2021 M5 CS. The new super sedan is the quickest and most powerful BMW production car yet with a 4.4L M TwinPower V8 that pushes out 627 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. This translates into a 0-60 time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 190 mph. This is paired with an 8-speed M Steptronic automatic transmission with Drivelogic and M xDrive all-wheel-drive. The exhaust note can also be adjusted with Efficient, Sport, and Sport+ modes as well as an M Sound button that offers a quieter tone so you don't wake up the neighbors.

The exterior also sees a number of updates with plenty of carbon fiber throughout. This includes a roof, vented hood, front splitter, mirror caps, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler all in carbon fiber reinforced plastic. Differentiating the car from the rest of the lineup is an exclusive Gold Bronze finish that is applied to the kidney grille surround, badging, and 20" wheels. The interior is finished in black Merino leather with Mugello red accents, heated M carbon bucket seats, an M Alcantara steering wheel, and a black merino leather center console.

The M5 CS will only be sold for the 2021 model year and arrives in the second half of 2021.
