The new A6 isn't a wild departure from the previous model and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. The exterior gets a nip and tuck here and there and it's a bit longer and wider now. You'll also notice some sharper edges that give it a fresher look and all of those elements maintain the A6's signature profile while still looking modern and sporty.
The biggest change is the interior, which is much sleeker this time around with a tech-focused console and dashboard mixed in with business class-level luxury. No word yet on what powertrain options will come in the American models, but the rest of the world will get 286-hp 3.0L TDI diesel and a 3.0L TFSI V6 model with 340-hp. Both models will come standard with quattro all-wheel drive.
The new A6 will arrive this summer in Germany and will hit the rest of the world sometime after.
