2018 Ford Mustang GT

The 2018 Ford Mustang GT is more than a mere refresh, the modern muscle car has been hiding an impressive little trick and we'll get to that in a second. The car is powered by a redesigned 5.0L V8 with a brand new 10-speed transmission and a boost in power output that increases to 460 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque.

Now here's where it gets really interesting. Engage the car's new Drag Strip mode and it will launch from 0-60 in under four seconds. That puts the Mustang up there with some of the fastest cars in the world, but in a price range that accessible to a wider stretch of the market.

The 2018 Ford Mustang hits showrooms this fall.
