Ford's best selling workhorse isn't simply getting a refresh for the new model year, the company is making the truck their most capable and smartest F-150 yet. Diesel diehards will appreciate the addition of a 3.0-liter Power Stroke with 10-speed transmission, the first diesel engine to be offered in an F-150.

Alongside the diesel, the truck will also get a new standard 3.3L V6 option, a new second-generation 2.7L Ecoboost, and a top-of-the-line 5.0L V8. On the tech side, it will be the first in its category to feature adaptive cruise control and Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection and the F-150 will now be available with an available 4G LTE modem and a B&O Play sound system.
