Our jaws were already on the floor when they unveiled the 189 mph ATS-V, but Cadillac had something much more sinister under their sleeves. At the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, the company will unveil the most powerful car in their 100+ year history, the 640-hp Cadillac CTS-V.

Packing a massive 630 lb-ft of torque, the new CTS-V is powered by a 6.2L V8 that can get from 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and can hit 201 mph. As you can imagine (and see), the CTS-V separates itself from the rest of the CTS stable with carbon fiber exterior components, Brembo brakes, third generation magnetic ride control, an air devouring grille, wider fenders, and tweaked aerodynamics throughout the entirety of the vehicle. The 2016 CTS-V will hit showrooms later next summer.
