Logitech's Pure-Fi fixes those problems with a motion sensor that lets goes into snooze mode with a simple wave of the hand. iPod Nano 4th Gen

Apple new nanos drop the stubby design for the more popular "tall" form factor and a new oval shape which we think is Apple's best looking nano yet. The nanos also get a built-in accelerometer which enables viewing of landscape or portrait modes via tilting and a clever new shuffle toggle in which you shake the iPod to enable shuffle mode. The nanos will also come in a choice of 10 colors in either 8 or 16GB models. Link: $150-$200

iPod Touch 2nd Gen

Apple's second generation iPod touch takes on the thin tapered shape of the iPhone 3G and adds external volume controls as well as external speakers. Battery life on the new Touch will be 36 hours for music and 6 hours for viewing videos. Fitness enthusiasts will also love the new Nike+ integration that now only requires the shoe transmitter for operation. Available in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB models. Link: $230-$400

Speck SeeThru 3G

We recently got a sample of the SeeThru 3G here at acquire and from the outside it looks like just another hard shell case, but its got a simple little trick up its sleeve that makes it more impressive than most options out there. They added rubber rails to the side which add grip and the removable bottom half not only allows you to dock your iPhone, but does double duty as a stand. Link: $30

Speck ToughSkin 3G

If you're looking for something a bit more rugged than the current iPhone case options on the shelf, Speck's ToughSkin 3G should do the trick. The thick, rubberized exterior adds a nice layer of protection around the phone and a hinged bottom and included holster and swivel belt clip make it an even more practical option. Link $35
