Declining marketshare and an increased interest in Android and iPhones have yet to deter the hardcore Crackberry army. To please the Qwerty-addicted, they've announced the BlackBerry Torch ($199 w/ contract at AT&T), their first hybrid touchscreen/Qwerty device. The phone comes with their new BlackBerry 6 OS that packs a new and improved interface, enhanced browsing, and more capable multimedia features. On the hardware front the phone features a 5MP camera w/ Flash, 802.11n Wi-Fi, 8GBs of Storage, and more. Link

Windows Phone 7 Series

One thing we took away during our time reviewing the Zune HD was how cool would it be if Microsoft put that interface into a phone. Today they've done just that with their Windows Phone 7 Series which is a complete overhaul of their phone software that takes a more lifestyle-centric approach while remaining productivity-friendly. Rather than using a convention icon-based layout, Windows Phone 7 has a more organic layout with rich animations and real-time updates based on your social media feeds and messages. The phone also takes on the full Zune music player experience and they've even thrown in a mobile version of Office for editing and sharing documents. Available Holiday 2010. Link

While hardly "Mini" LG's svelte smartphone is one good looking device with a button-less front that may even get Steve Jobs' approval. The phone features a 3.2'' touchscreen, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, and GPS. No word on availability on US soil, though with HSDPA compatibility expect it to hit your favorite import retailer soon after its release. Link
