Sidekick LX and Slide

T-Mobile just announced two new Sidekicks that feature improved screens, Quad Band GSM antennas, and thin and lightweight profiles. The flagship Sidekick LX features a 3 inch WQVGA screen, customizable lighted alert settings, 1.3MP camera, 6.8 hours of talk time and of course the famous swivel screen. The Motorola developed Slide drops the swivel screen for a sliding QVGA screen that is 1.5 inches large and features a smaller and thinner body than the LX, 1.3MP Camera, support for a variety of multimedia formats, 5.9 hours of talk time and support for up to 4GB of memory.

Giorgio Armani Samsung Mobile

Giorgio Armani isn't going to let Prada have all the fun with their mobile phone, they've just recently revealed their own luxury handset, The Giorgio Armani-Samsung Mobile. The phone features a 2.6 inch LCD with a haptic user interface which lets the user feel a mild vibration when touching the screen. The phone also features a 3MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0, GSM Tri-Band, and includes its own Bluetooth headset. The phone will initially be exclusively available in Europe this November, so expect it to hit import outlets shortly thereafter. [$900]

Plantronics Voyager 855

With all the new and upcoming mobile devices supporting Bluetooth stereo, its probably a good idea to start looking at stereo headset models rather than the typical mono Bluetooth earpieces. Plantronics gives you the best of both worlds with their Voyager 855 which can be used as a regular mono headset for voice calls as well as a stereo Bluetooth headset for music via the detachable cable. The Voyager 855 also features a sliding boom, AudioIQ noise filtering, and 7 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time on a single charge. [$150]

Nokia N81

Coinciding with Nokia's launch of their very own Music Store and the relaunch of the N-Gage as a mobile gaming service, Nokia is releasing a brand new multimedia handset, the Nokia N81. The device features an optional 8GBs of storage, Quad Band GSM and WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.0, 2MP camera w/ flash, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a touch sensitive navigation wheel that sort of mimics a somewhat famous music player you might be familiar with. Samsung Blast

If you've always wanted the convenience of a smartphone keyboard, but prefer a more conventional cell phone form factor, Samsung's new Blast just might be the phone for you. Right out of the box you'll find that the Blast has a SureType keyboard that's perfect for texts and email, Quad-Band GSM, a 1.3MP camera, and an integrated MP3 player. [$100]

Nokia 7500 Prism

We can imagine there will be those who either love or hate the design of Nokia's new 7500 Prism, and that's probably because we're not used to seeing more radical cell phone designs. The Prism-styled phone features Triband GSM, Bluetooth 2.0, a 16 million color display, 2MP Camera, and MicroSD expansion. [$300]

HTC S630

If you've been looking for a smartphone capable of 3G lately, your choices have been pretty limited. Fortunately, HTC has rolled out a new 3G capable phone called the S630 which is compatible with AT&T's 3G broadband network as well as supporting the 2100Mhz 3G frequency used overseas. The phone uses Windows Mobile 6.0 and features WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth, MicroSD expansion, and a 2 Megapixel camera. [$580]

Colorware Custom iPhones

Colorware is now offering their color customizing service for your Apple iPhone and accessories. Up to 29 different colors are available and costs $149 if you decide to send your iPhone in, and $649 and $749 if you choose to buy a new iPhone with a fresh coat of paint directly from Colorware. Blackberry 8820

If there has been one major request of most Blackberry users, it has been integrated WiFi out of the box, and now its finally here in the Blackbery 8820. The phone also supports UMA for seamless WiFi/Cellular calls as well as featuring Quad Band GSM, Bluetooth 2.0, microSD expansion, and Built-In GPS. [$TBD]

HTC Touch

Its pretty obvious HTC's Touch has the iPhone set squarely in its crosshairs and while we don't think it matches the iPhone feature for feature, it looks to be a worthy competitor. As you can already guess by the name, the Windows Mobile interface is controlled via touch gestures using HTC's TouchFLO technology which uses a customized UI that gives you quick one touch access to your applications. The phone features a 2.8 inch LCD, 2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi, and a Triband antenna. [$589.99]

Nokia 8600 Luna

Nokia just introduced their latest phone, the 8600 Luna, and we think its one of the sexiest phones out there. The 8600 is a stainless steel slider with a smoked translucent glass keypad that has a slow pulsating light that glows through the glass surface. Inside the phone you'll find a Quad Band antenna, 2MP Camera, Bluetooth, and MicroUSB connector. [$TBD]

Motorola RAZR2

After the hundreds of versions of the original RAZR, Motorola finally is releasing a true next generation version of the popular phone, the RAZR2. New features from the RAZR2 include a larger 2 inch external and 2.2 inch internal display, CrystalTalk noise filtering technology, an internal steel frame to enhance the RAZR2's durability, and support for upto 2GB of memory. The phone will be available this summer in 3G HSDPA, EVDO CDMA, and GSM versions. [$TBD]

Sony Ericsson P1

The P1 is the next generation of the P-Series smartphone and has shrunk considerably losing 25% of the thickness from the previous model. The phone features a dual function qwerty keyboard for easy text input and number dialing, a 3.2MP camera, 2.6 inch touchscreen, support for push email, and a host of many other entertainment and productivity features.
