The Sopranos The Complete Series

One of the best television shows to ever hit your cable box and quite possibly the best fictional telling of the Italian Mafia since the Godfather is finally going to be available in its entirety on DVD. Batman: Gotham Knight

Like many of you we've been on the edge of our seats anticipating the release of The Dark Knight and if you need a little something to whet your appetite you're going to need to grab a copy of Batman: Gotham Knight. The movie consists of six chapters with each chapter featuring different artistic styles that depict Batman in ways you've never seen before. The Godfather: The Coppola Restoration

One of the greatest series of films ever to be produced has been fully restored in the new The Godfather: The Coppola Restoration which is set to be released on DVD and more importantly, High-Definition Blu-Ray. The set includes The Godfather and The Godfather II which have been fully restored and a newly remastered version of the Godfather III. Dirty Harry Ultimate Collector's Edition

Our favorite anti-hero, Harry Callahan, is getting the ultimate edition treatment this summer collecting all five of the Dirty Harry movies in one set. The Dirty Harry Ultimate Collector's Edition will feature a special edition of Dirty Harry and deluxe editions of Magnum Force, The Enforcer, Sudden Impact, and The Dead Pool. It will also come with a hardcover book, wallet w/ metal badge and id card, and 5x7 reproductions of the lobby posters for each film. Available on both Bluray and DVD this June. [$60-$102]

Gangsters - The Ultimate Film Collection

While we wouldn't necessarily deem this "The Ultimate Film Collection" of Gangster flicks, its definitely a great start if you don't already have these in your library. The set includes the three disc Unrated Extended Collectors Edition of American Gangster and two disc special editions of Scarface, Casino, and Carlito's Way. [$49]

United Artists 90th Anniversary: Prestige Collection Gift Set

Celebrating their 90th Anniversary, United Artists is releasing an enormous 90 film box set called the Prestige Collection. The 110 disc set spans across 90 years featuring classics such as The Apartment, The Magnificent Seven, Westside Story, The Great Escape all the way to more modern classics like War Games, Rain Man, Leaving Las Vegas, and Hotel Rwanada. The discs sit inside a linen wrapped book that should make for a great display piece on your coffee table. Its a definite must have for cinephiles or anyone who wants to kickstart their dvd library with an essential collection of movie classics. [$609]

James Bond Ultimate Collector's Set

Even though Daniel Craig just signed on to do three more Bond flicks, the James Bond Ultimate Collector's Set is still a very impressive collection and is will still be the definitive and complete collection of the James Bond films. The movies themselves will span across 21 discs and include an additional 21 discs filled with bonus content and materials. Now the wait begins for the HD/BluRay versions of this set.... [$200]

Stanley Kubrick Director Series

Warner Home Video is kicking off their new Director Series sets with one of the most important directors of our time, Stanley Kubrick. The series includes newly remastered versions of 2001: A Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange, Eyes Wide Shut, Full Metal Jacket, and The Shining. The set also includes the full length documentary, Stanley Kubrick - A Life in Pictures. Each of the movies will also be available separately on HD-DVD/Blu-Ray and all should be available on October 23. [$80]

Blade Runner: Ultimate Collector's Edition

Finally, Blade Runner gets the proper DVD treatment with the Blade Runner: Ultimate Collector's Edition. The collection features a whopping four versions of the movie including the rare Workprint version of the movie which is newly remastered. The set features a briefcase which contains all the discs as well as a lenticular motion film clip, miniature origami unicorn figurine, miniature replica spinner car, photographs, and a signed letter from director, Ridley Scott. For you Hi-Def snobs, the collection will also be released in limited quantities in Blu-Ray and HD-DVD versions. [$79]

Before Dr. Dolittle, the Nutty Professor, and Daddy Day care, there was the uncensored, unapologetic, and hilariously obscene Eddie Murphy. Delirious is a classic example of Eddie at his best and will definitely have you on the floor laughing whether you've seen it before or are watching it for the first time. [$12.99]

The Hannibal Lecter Collection

Everyone's favorite chianti loving cannibal now has his own complete dvd collection. The three disc set includes the Michael Mann classic, Manhunter, Silence of the Lambs, and Hannibal.
