Giorgio Armani can now officially add Hotelier to his legendary resume with the opening of his first hotel in Dubai. Located in the tallest tower in the world, The Burj Khalifa, The Armani hotel is comprised of 160 guest rooms and suites, eight restaurants, Armani Retail, and Spa. Armani will also be launching 144 luxury residences, all featuring exclusive furnishings and accessories from the Armani Casa Collection. Link

Located in downtown Seattle, the Hotel Max is a great boutique-style hotel for any art loving hipster or anyone looking to avoid the crowds at the larger hotels. We recently had the pleasure of staying there and found the staff to be very helpful and the rooms (while small) were very comfortable and feature art pieces and photographs from local Seattle artists and photographers.
