Nintendo DSi

Nintendo's portable cash cow is getting a significant upgrade with the new DSi. The DSi features a thinner body, one external 0.3mp camera and one located on the hinge, and larger 3.25 inch screens. The thinner profile is due to the removal of the GBA slot and is replaced with an SD slot which is used to store music, photos, and games. The SD slot also comes in handy for the new DSi Shop service that lets you download games and various content via the DSi's WiFi connection. Link: $TBD

The game itself will includes 20 tracks and will have multiplayer support using the DS's wireless functionality. Available this Summer. [$TBD]

Arkanoid DS

Anyone who owns a gaming portable always has that one game that they always make sure they have on them wherever they take it. Arkanoid DS will undoubtedly become one of those titles and surely bring back old fans and new with 140 levels and Wifi Multiplayer. The coolest feature though, has to be the optional paddle controller that plugs into the GBA cart slot for arcade style gameplay. We do have to warn you that this is the Japanese version of the game (they have yet to announce a date for America), but it is compatible with any DS and because of its arcade-style nature you won't have to know much or any Japanese at all.
