With all the old school classics and arcade titles hitting Nintendo's Virtual Console service, sometimes the Classic Controller just isn't enough. The WiiShaft brings back the arcade style joystick and layout which is just perfect for arcade and fighting games, especially the recently added Neo Geo titles. Arkanoid DS

Anyone who owns a gaming portable always has that one game that they always make sure they have on them wherever they take it. Arkanoid DS will undoubtedly become one of those titles and surely bring back old fans and new with 140 levels and Wifi Multiplayer. The coolest feature though, has to be the optional paddle controller that plugs into the GBA cart slot for arcade style gameplay. We do have to warn you that this is the Japanese version of the game (they have yet to announce a date for America), but it is compatible with any DS and because of its arcade-style nature you won't have to know much or any Japanese at all. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

If you're a Wii owner, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't have this in your gaming library. Corruption follows Samus into a new adventure where the Galactic Federation's Base Sector Zero under attack, and its up to you to restore its defense systems. The game also introduces a new control style, fully utilizing the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to bring the FPS experience to a whole new level. [$50]

Rock Band Special Edition

If Guitar Hero wasn't enough for you, the original creators have kicked it up a few notches to bring your Axel Rose and Tommy Lee wannabe buddies in on the action with Rock Band. Rock Band lets you create your own virtual Supergroup with a drummer, bassist, guitarist, and a vocalist, where you can play in the same room or online together anywhere in the world. The Special Edition of Rock Band includes a mic, guitar, and drum set and features 40 songs from bands such as the Foo Fighters, Metallica, Black Sabbath, and more. Its been more than 20 years since we've last seen the Zapper, and now the classic accessory is finally getting a modern update for the Nintendo Wii. The new Zapper will be included with a new game title to be announced, and will be compatible with the upcoming Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles and Ghost Squad from Sega. [$20]

The Xbox 360 version of Scene It? updates the always fun Movie Trivia game with more than 1,800 questions about your favorite films complete with images, audio, and high-def movie clips.
