Long gone are the days of chauffeur driven Rolls Royces that chug along at turtle-like speeds, the Rolls Royce of today is a beast of a car with huge engines and lots of horsepower. Porsche Cayman S Porsche Design Edition 1

Porsche and their internal Porsche Design Studio are launching a limited run of Cayman S Porsche Design Edition 1 coupes in a stealth black exterior which pay tribute to both Porsche Design and their original Chronograph 1 timepiece. The sleek black design style continues into the car with black leather and Alcantara upholstery, a black dashboard, and a black three spoke steering wheel. You also receive a special briefcase that includes a Flat Six Chronograph, a pocket knife, sunglasses, pen, and a key ring, all of which are done in black as well. 777 models of the Porsche Design Edition 1 will be built and will be available in January 2008. Mini Clubman

Utilitarian hipsters, your car has arrived. The Mini Clubman takes the iconic compact and stretches it out for increased room for all your stuff and makes it the perfect car for Mini-fans who need a more roadtrip friendly car. The Clubman will be available in 120hp and 175hp models which are both powered by a 1.6 liter engine with a choice of an automatic or six speed manual gearbox. [$TBD]

BMW 1 Series Coupe

We're still not the biggest fans of the "flame surfacing" design style that BMW has been incorporating into their cars for the past few years, but we have to admit the new 1 Series looks surprisingly good in all its flame surfaced glory. The coupes will be available in 128i and 135i models which both sport a 3.0 liter inline 6 and deliver 230-300hp. [$TBD]

2008 Chevrolet Corvette

As if the Corvette couldn't get any better (or more powerful), Chevy goes ahead and throws in the new LS3 6.2L V8 engine which is capable of producing 430HP a significant increase from the previous model's 400HP engine. Other new features for 08 include improved steering, an optional dual-mode exhaust system for an increase to 436HP, iPod/MP3 player jack standard, and the availability of a custom leather trim package. 2008 BMW M3 Coupe

BMW went to town with the new M3, the production model will feature a 420HP V8 that is 30 pounds lighter than the previous generation's six cylinder and will propel this car from 0-62 in 4.8 seconds. The car also features a real manual gear box (no smg ridiculousness going on here) and a lightweight carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic roof. [$56,500]

Mercedes Benz CL65

The Mercedes Benz CL65 is the latest beast to escape out of the high-performance AMG division and it is definitely one incredibly powerful piece of engineering. The engine in the CL65 is a biturbo six-liter 612HP V12 mated to a five speed automatic gearbox with steering wheel shift paddles. Standard features include 20 inch wheels and the always sleek AMG body kit, and inside this particular model you'll find carbon fiber panels, Mercedes' latest electronic console system, and there's even an IWC clock in the dash. Kings, Princes, Sultans, Bruce Wayne, your coupe of choice has arrived. The Bentley Brooklands is a super exclusive model with only 550 cars being manufactured in the car's lifetime. Don't expect the Brooklands to be a slow wealthy people mover, under the hood lies a twin turbo 6.7 liter V8 with 530hp mated to a 6 speed semi-automatic gearbox. [$330,000]

Audi A5/S5

Audi's new A5 finally brings a serious two door coupe into their existing lineup, which seems to be more impressive by the minute. The A5 comes in two models, a four cylinder 1.3 liter 170hp model, and a 3.2 liter 265hp V6. The model we're most excited about is the high performance S5 model which has a 354hp V8. Other features include an optional Bang & Olufsen sound system, adaptive headlamps, and keyless ignition. [$TBD]

Maserati GranTurismo

We haven't exactly been thrilled with Maserati's designs as of late, and we've been hoping their next coupe would finally be worthy of such a legendary namesake. Well, Maserati just recently revealed their new GranTurismo, and yes, it looks like everything we could ever hope for. Under the sexy Pininfarina designed exterior sits a Ferrari sourced 4.2L V8 which delivers 405HP and is fitted with an automatic gearbox, which is ideal for cruising comfortably through Monte Carlo. Roush Mustang Stage 3 Blackjack

The stealth black paint job on the Roush Blackjack won't be keeping this monster under the radar, the 4.6L engine will scream down highways packing 430 horsepower under its menacing exterior. 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe

Scheduled for release next summer, the Altima Coupe is not just an Altima with two doors lobbed off, it is a true performance car with its own identity, style, and rear wheel drive.
